Justice Before Judgment is an independent campaign. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the Australian Parliament, the Parliament of Western Australia, a court, police service or government agency.

Campaign support
Submitting the support form records support for this campaign. By submitting, you confirm that you are an Australian citizen or resident and support both reform campaigns. It does not sign an official parliamentary petition. Official petition eligibility and signatures are determined only through the relevant Parliament’s system.
Information assistant beta
The beta registration measures interest in a possible future multilingual information service. Registration does not create a lawyer-client relationship and does not provide legal advice, legal representation or emergency assistance. Do not submit confidential case information, names of other parties, court numbers or allegations through the registration form.
Accuracy and respectful participation
You must provide accurate information and use the website lawfully. Do not submit threats, defamatory content, knowingly false allegations, another person’s private information, court-restricted material or information identifying children.
Personal accounts and ongoing proceedings
Personal stories are presented as the author’s account. Allegations are not findings of fact, and a charge is not a conviction. Ongoing legal matters may limit the information that can responsibly be published.
Future assistance fund and donations
The proposed support organisation and assistance fund are not yet operating. The website does not currently accept donations, promise assistance, claim charity registration or claim that payments are tax deductible.
Liability and availability
Reasonable care is taken with the website, but completeness, uninterrupted availability and suitability for every purpose cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the campaign is not responsible for loss caused by reliance on general website information.
